Fisch Domke in Seebad Ahlbeck

Unfortunately dropped from 5 to 2 stars ... Why? We were so excited and wanted to take fish home with us. Eel is known to be rare and expensive, and often it doesn't taste good. Here, however, we thought we would surely get great eel. We took a whole eel, including the thickest, because we wanted to divide it by 3 for over 40 €. That was the worst eel I have ever eaten because it was just way too salty. It is not edible and only suitable for the bin. Shame about the money and the eel. Unfortunately I cannot complain about it. I consciously feel cheated and we will definitely avoid this business in the future. There are better places! However, since the butterfish was delicious, two stars remain. Old rating: We each ordered the fish platter and were very satisfied. The fish was very fresh, the fried potatoes were not greasy and were very tastefully prepared with bacon and onions, and the tartar sauce and coleslaw were delicious. There was nothing to complain about, therefore 5 stars 😉 It is important to know that self-service is popular here and fortunately you don't need to make a reservation.

Food tastes good, only compared to the years before, less of the fish on the plate despite higher prices and it was very cold in the dining room.

Unfortunately it has slacked off a lot. Cardboard fish rolls even though they were "fresh" prepared. Unmotivated staff. Long waiting times. That used to be a lot better.

Hello The food was good. The wheat beer was clear and tasted after everything but not like wheat beer. The tables are not disinfected and cleaned The polish staff was ok. Let's see what happens until next year.

Today we ordered fish, fries and salad to be picked up at lunchtime ... Packed in styrofoam, plastic cutlery (avoiding garbage is probably not known here), 6 small fish nuggets, much too mushy, without taste, dry fries, indefinable white sauce ... .the salad looked delicious at first glance, plenty ... the dressing tasted like Chmie (cleaning agent ?!) We immediately threw the salad in the trash, gave most of the nuggets to the dog ... I still have it bad!

Not good. Pasta with salmon was hardly seasoned and hardly any salmon ... Fried fish a lot of breading and dry. Tables are only washed occasionally and not after every first, second, .... guest

I am there every year and unfortunately I was not so satisfied this time. There was a lot of confusion and I think the current situation (Corona) is partly to blame. Some people stand in line, wait for instructions to be assigned a table and others just storm the bar through the open door on the left. The employee at the door must be able to assert himself and make a proper announcement. There are people who don't understand otherwise😉 The fish soup was lukewarm and my loach was better too. I had spaghetti with scampi in garlic oil. There was so much oil on the plate that every gall would have been happy. I then tilted the plate so that the oil ran on one side. I was able to fix that. But the cook had forgotten to wash the greens that were mixed in before preparing, so that I was allowed to chew sand more often. That is not how it works. Also, there were only about 10 people in the snack bar and still everything took forever. The fried fish was so mediocre. Never again

The fish is delicious and delicious. Freshly prepared. The portions are plentiful - everything is delicious! Even in the current Corona times, the process is quick and easy. very well organized. 👍 Please keep it nice and friendly! I will gladly come again.

Food is very good, they pick fresh fish for you. It's all self-service place. Menu is a bit unclear and hard to read as it's handwritten. Would go there again for sure.

Absolutely honest restaurant. Very highly recommended. Everything is freshly prepared. The selection of fresh fish and side dishes is extensive. The service was very friendly and competent. It is definitely worth a visit here. We would love to come back.

Highly recommended. Attention: self-service. The courtyard is very shady and quiet. Delicious food and drinks at moderate prices. Good and kid-friendly service. If you want more action, you can choose the outdoor area on the street side. It is a mini-chain on Usedom, which is there about five times.

A very lovingly, maritime furnished restaurant. You can watch the chef preparing meals, if you want. After ordering, the fish is freshly removed from the counter and handed over to the cook. The food is very appetizing. You have the possibility to sit inside or outside. The prices are, in my opinion, a bit high, but a tourist resort probably appropriate. Definitely a good atmosphere and the food tastes good.

Good food at good prices. The fish is delicious and there is sure to be a place in the restaurant or the adjacent beer garden. Friendly staff. Unfortunately a point deduction because there were no more 0.4L glasses when ordering drinks and therefore had to be switched to smaller ones without a discount.

Tried a wide variety of cold smoked fish and fresh grilled fish. They were delectable and I'd definitely want to come back!

Super good food, not expensive, nice decoration. Perfect self-service restaurant. I‘m not the one who bought the food, so no idea about the staff.

In general all the restaurants in Ahlbeck serve the same menu. Fisch Domke is standing out with a variety of fresh fish. recommended
